Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Because we sell fragrance — a personal care product — we do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds, except as described below. This applies to all orders, including sale items and items purchased with a discount.

Please order carefully. If you have questions about a product before purchasing, contact us at hello@annualleavefragrances.com and we'll be glad to help.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

We stand behind what we ship. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us at hello@annualleavefragrances.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll review it and make it right with a replacement or refund. There's no charge to you for our error.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible at hello@annualleavefragrances.com. We can cancel and refund an order only if it has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, the all-sales-final policy applies.

Refunds (when issued)

Where a refund applies under this policy, we'll notify you once we've reviewed your request and let you know whether it's approved. If approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't seen your refund, contact us at hello@annualleavefragrances.com.
